HOLYOKE
Gail M. (O'Connor) Boudreau, age 72, died Monday January 23, 2017 at Baystate Medical Center. Gail was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late John and Margaret (Ryan) O'Connor, graduated from St. Jerome High School, and attended Holyoke Community College. She was a Pharmacy Tech at CVS for many years, and a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church. Gail was predeceased by her husband, James F. Boudreau, Sr. in 1984. She is survived by four children: James F. Boudreau, Jr. and his wife Michelle of Westfield, Tammy M. Laraway and her husband Clifford of Westfield, Brenda A. Kida and her husband Richard of South Hadley, and Mark G. Boudreau and his wife Jennifer of Florida; 11 grandchildren: Clifford II, Treavor, Conner, Catie, Joshua, Mary, Carissa, Baylee, Tyler, Cassidey, and Richard III; four brothers: John O'Connor of South Hadley, James O'Connor and his wife Joan of South Hadley, Gerald O'Connor of Arizona, and Donald O'Connor of Chicopee; a sister, Linda Klekotka of Chicopee; and many nieces and nephews. Gail was predeceased by a sister, Beverly Trombley, and brother-in-law Theodore "Lenny" Klekotka. The family wishes to recognize and thank Gail's best friend, Elaine Madru, as well as her doctor, Dr. Oren Brody. The funeral will be held Saturday at 9:00am from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, followed by Mass at 10:00am in Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held Friday from 4:00 to 7:00pm.
